Shipping estimates may vary based on processing time, which can be longer for customized or made to order products. For the best estimate of when to expect your package, refer to the Estimated Arrival Date given with your order.
Ground Shipping
Default shipping dates are based on estimates for ground shipping. This type of shipping takes longer than air cargo services, typically 3 - 5 business days. Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST Monday - Friday will begin processing once payment is approved. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will be subject to longer processing times.
2nd Day Air & Overnight Shipping
Estimated Arrival Dates for 2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping services are based on carrier estimates. This type of shipping is typically faster than ground shipping, as orders are delivered via air cargo. Expedited shipping services are currently only available within the United States.

Updated Safety Measures
In an effort to promote safety, UPS has temporarily adjusted the guidelines for the Signature Required process. Customers will no longer need to physically sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. However, it is required that the driver still make contact with the customer. At the time of delivery, the customer must physically and/or verbally acknowledge that UPS is delivering the package, and, if requested, show a government issued photo ID.
If your package is being shipped to a street address within the United States, it will arrive via UPS. If your package is being shipped to a P.O. box, or an APO, FPO, or DPO, it will arrive via USPS. Packages that happen to go through the Military Postal Service may take longer than the Estimated Arrival Date, with processing times increased between 1 and 7 business days.
Packages valued at $1000 or more will require the signature of an adult.
Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST Monday - Friday will begin processing once payment is approved. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will be subject to longer processing times. Because most of our pieces are made to order, processing times for most orders are 5 business days. For special orders and customized pieces, please allow for 14 days of extra processing time. Rings with customized stones may take up to 28 days to ship, provided the stone required does not experience a supply chain disruption. All completed orders ship Monday - Saturday and tracking information will become available for your order as soon as it is processed by the carrier.
When will my jewelry arrive?

The Estimated Arrival Date for your order can be found on the order confirmation page as well as the checkout page. This date takes into account:
- Additional time for ring sizing
- Time for personalized and engraved items
- Special orders and custom designs
- Shipping method selected at checkout
